Once your order is placed, it will be on its way to Canada Post (for Canadian orders) and DHL express courier service for International orders. All orders received by 2pm Canadian Time will be dispatched the same day.

$15.00 - Express Post within 1 - 2 business days
Orders shipped outside of Canada:
USA: $20.00CAD - 3-5 Business days with DHL Express (Free for orders over $300.00CAD)
Rest of the World: $25.00CAD - 3 to 5 Business Days with DHL Express (Free for orders over $300.00CAD)
The shipping charge covers the cost to send you your order, there may be additional taxes and duties applied by your country\'s government.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns Policy
Within 14 days of purchase you can exchange your bag for another item, or a credit note, providing your bag is completely unused, has the original tags attached and you provide your original receipt. If the item you now want costs less than your original choice, we’ll give you a credit note for the difference. We don\'t offer refunds for change of mind or wrong fit purchases. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty.
Orders placed using a store credit cannot be returned or exchanged (for change of mind.)
Please note that due to health reasons we can not exchange earrings.
